In making a genuine assessment of the work I facilitate, I realize that the term ‘coaching’ does not really cover what we are doing together as we support the expansive growth and spiritual awakening from Core Belief Restructuring. It is truly personal guidance. Each session together is intuited and guided as to how to assist your particular journey. I connect with your Divine Self and see what feels most obviously missing in your daily life self. Then I am guided as to how to create an exercise or awareness or tool to promote that natural gift. As coaching implies encouragement and training, Personal Guidance connotes simply pointing the way for you specifically with intuited direction.
